SHIPPING POLICY

Processing: Orders ship from Houston, TX within 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery: Most US orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only.

Address changes: Email hello@kyndose.com immediately if your shipping address needs a correction. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier first. If it does not turn up within 2 days, email us and we will help resolve it.
